Vietnamese Red Dragon Fruit The flesh color of red dragon fruit differs slightly from that of pink dragon fruit. It varies in color from red to deep red. The red dragon fruit sweetest when the skin gets deep red. Similar to pink dragon fruit, this variety is usually used to make desserts.

Vietnamese Yellow Dragon fruit is a small to medium-sized species. This dragon fruit cultivar has yellow-skinned scaling with firm white flesh. The yellow dragon fruit is smaller than the red-skinned variety, but it is sweeter and juicier.
